Rogue Wines has been working with RepChecks’ parent company Sales Services Australia for some years, however recently they entered into a RepCheck programme that monthly sees 5 of their reps Checked across 5 customer interactions from the previous day. The results have been favorable to say the least, and have provided Rogue management with extremely useful insights that has seen them change some their operational and marketing procedures. Each month the RepCheck questionnaires are changed to meet the needs of Rogue’s management.
